Privacy policy

Account data. Name, email address and authentication identifiers for each user of a workspace, used to sign you in and attribute activity.

Business data. Contacts, properties, leads, estimates, jobs, invoices, payments and documents that you enter. This data belongs to your workspace and is isolated per tenant with row-level security.

Technical data. Log and error information needed to keep the service running and to investigate incidents.

We use data to operate the service, support you and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.

Processors: cloud hosting and database services, authentication providers you choose to use, and payment processing when you subscribe. Each processes data on our instructions.

Client-facing share links expose only the specific document shared, and can be revoked by the workspace that created them.

Workspace data is retained while the account is active and for a limited period after cancellation so it can be recovered or exported.

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data by writing to hello@tivhal.com. If you are an end customer of one of our users, contact that company first, as they control their workspace data.
