Terms of service

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your workspace and for the actions of the users you invite.

You may not use the service to send unlawful communications, to store data you have no right to hold, or to attempt to access another workspace's data.

We may suspend a workspace that puts the platform or other users at risk, with notice where reasonably possible.

Plans are billed per workspace. Paid plans renew for the stated period until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Module availability depends on the active plan. Changing plan re-syncs the modules included in that plan.

Your business data remains yours. We process it to provide the service and you may export it.

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, and to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
